Due to maintenance works the trains will follow a modified timetable on the Budapest-Pusztaszabolcs-Pécs line from August 9th to the 26th.
According to Mávinform, the Mecsek InterCity trains between Pincehely and Dombóvár, moreover, the S40 trains between Kőszeghidegkút-Gyönk and Dombóvár will be replaced by substitute buses. The Mecsek InterCity trains from Budapest Keleti Railway Station to Pécs are going to depart 30 minutes earlier, whereas trains departing from our city to Budapest Keleti Railway Station would arrive with 30 minutes delay.
Mecsek InterCity:
- Trains from Budapest Keleti Railway Station to Pécs are going to depart 30 minutes earlier than the original schedule, at hours 29 minutes until Pincehely, where passengers must hop on a subtitute bus until Dombóvár. From there until Pécs, the schedule remains the same.
- Trains from Pécs to Budapest Keleti Railway Station will follow the original timetable between Pécs and Dombóvár, where the passangers need to change on a shuttle bus to arrive at Pincehely. The Mecsek InterCity from Pincehely arrives with 30 minutes delay to Budapest, at hours 34 minutes in contrast with the original schedule.
