The Hungarian Chamber of Agriculture, the Hungarian Hunters’ National Chamber and the municipality of Székelyzabar joined together again to organize the III. Székelyzabar Badger Cooking Festival on August 26th.
The event will take place in the monument park of the Baranya County town. The local shoots’ teams will gather at 2p.m. to cook, and later, there would be several activities for children and families from 4 to 6:30, such as bouncy castle, DIY projects and fair, petting zoo, folktale-telling, face painting, glitter tattoo, sport bowing and even trophy- and falconer-show.
The dinner will start from 6p.m. where the guests can try out game- and badger dishes (badger stew, badger burger). From 8p.m. the City band will play along. All the programmes, tastings and the ball are free to enjoy.
